When appropriate, the therapeutic process may include gentle and restorative movement; however, in our approach, Yoga Therapy is not centred around physical postures or pose-based practice.

No previous experience in yoga is needed to benefit from Yoga Therapy — just as one does not need medical knowledge before visiting a doctor. The process is designed to meet each person where they are, with practices and guidance adapted to their individual needs, condition, and stage of life.
