A Private Half-Day Retreat Designed Entirely Around Your Current Need to Restore the Balance
True luxury is the freedom to step away from ordinary demands and give your full attention to what matters most right now.
The Restoration — Half-Day Private Retreat is an intimate, fully personalised experience created around your present needs. Your therapist selects the most appropriate restorative practices according to what you are experiencing—whether you need relief from stress and overload, physical and mental recovery, emotional balance, renewed energy or greater clarity.
Your retreat may be experienced at our private studio in Riga, live online from your chosen environment or, subject to availability, with your therapist travelling to you.
Worldwide travel, accommodation and related arrangements are quoted separately and remain subject to location and availability.
You Becomes the Guiding Thread
The retreat begins by focusing on whatever needs your attention most in this moment. You may arrive with a clear intention, or simply the gentle knowing that you need time and space to let go, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. It is an invitation to step away from the rush of daily life, slow down, and find restorative calm.
Your focus may involve navigating:
stress, overwhelm or emotional overload;
fears, overthinking or persistent mental pressure;
difficulty switching off, relaxing or finding mental space;
a period of recovery, transition or a new beginning;
You are free to name what feels true. The final retreat design is then built around that intention, your current condition and the result you would most value.
A Singular Therapeutic Experience
Your therapist draws from classical Yoga Therapy, Raja Yoga, the Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda and Himalayan yogic traditions to create an experience that supports you as a whole person.
Sound Therapy for deep relaxation and mind-body restoration;
Therapeutic singing-bowl body massage (physical touch) using sound and vibration;
Restorative yoga (asana) and Pranayama (breath-work), based in Yoga Therapy and traditional Yoga;
Personal assessment based in Yoga Therapy;
Stress-management and nervous-system regulation practices based in Yoga Therapy;
Yogic Meditation and concentration practices drawn from traditional Yogic teachings;
Guided meditation practices selected according to your individual needs and experience;
Perspective-shifting and mind-management practices based in Yoga Therapy and Yogic psychology;
Deep-rest practices, including Yoga Nidra, for profound physical and mental relaxation;
Philosophical guidance for clarity, acceptance and conscious decision-making drawn from Yoga, Vedanta and classical Yogic teachings;
Personal practices, tools and daily routines designed for continued integration after your retreat.
Not every modality is included automatically—or even listed, given the breadth of possibilities. The value lies in selecting the practices that most precisely serve your intention, constitution, and current mental and physical state, rather than filling the day with unfocused activity.
