Your Private Breakthrough Retreat
5 Days + 1 Week of guided Integration
There are periods in life when working harder no longer creates a meaningful breakthrough. You may already be capable, successful and accustomed to carrying significant responsibility. You have achieved what once mattered to you and now you are asking: Whats next?
You may recognise yourself here: You have many ideas, but your attention is divided between many priorities. You are constantly active, yet the progress you make no longer feels equal to the energy you invest. You know you are capable of more, but you cannot clearly see what is holding you back. You may have lost focus after periods of pressure, disappointment or unexpected change. You may be repeating the same decisions, tolerating situations that drain you. You may struggle to concentrate or maintain boundaries, letting go of what no longer serves you.
Well, You do not need more pressure. We need to remove what is consuming your capacity and preventing your next breakthrough at its root cause and the true cause is often found in the unseen areas of life—beliefs, experiences from past, patterns and inner dynamics that are quietly limiting your capacity, hence the Private Breakthrough Retreat.
This retreat offers a concentrated process for removing what is currently limiting your development and creating the internal and practical conditions necessary for your next level of personal and professional growth.
We ensure a Private and Uninterrupted Setting, as the Retreat is held entirely one-to-one with your dedicated Yoga Therapist. There is no group, no need to share personal experiences with strangers or adapt to conditions that are not created around you.
You are given the privacy to relies, think and reset, creating new experiences within your mind and body. The process is adjusted throughout all five retreat days according to what is discovered about your body, mind, habits, capacity, ambitions and present direction.
The retreat follows a deliberately structured developmental rhythm:
Five consecutive private retreat days create a concentrated period for Body–Mind Detox sessions daily, mind-management training, removal of limiting beliefs and patterns, focus reset, practical life redesign and time for reset and integration; This retreat is designed to fit around your working schedule, allowing you to continue working throughout the five days. It does not require full-day attention.
One guided integration week allows you to introduce selected changes into your actual routine, work, relationships and decision-making and observe what happens outside the retreat energy;
One private follow-up meeting, held approximately one week later, allows your therapist to review what changed, identify where old patterns returned, refine your personal practices and establish the most appropriate next steps.
This retreat is led by a Yoga Therapist with nearly 20 years of first-hand business experience, including managing large teams, restructuring companies, developing new businesses and leading people through periods of significant change.
This combination is essential. The retreat is not guided from a purely theoretical or spiritual perspective, but by someone who understands the realities of responsibility, performance, decision-making, financial pressure, leadership and professional ambition.
The work brings together the depth of Yoga Therapy practices and yogic science with practical experience of how people, organisations and businesses function.
The tutor’s unique combination of experience, together with the carefully designed structure of the process, allows the work to move within and beyond intellectual understanding and create meaningful change.
In the retreat you have time to identify the experiences that have been shaping your current focus and limitations, remove what has been consuming your capacity, introduce new principles into real life, test boundaries, observe your concentration, make different decisions and discover what genuinely increase your clarity, energy and personal effectiveness, all within an environment of gentle yet focused support.
There are no generic instructions. Every practice, assessment and developmental direction is selected according to your constitution.
Retreat may be experienced at our private studio in Riga, live online or, subject to availability, with your therapist travelling to you. Your follow-up session is scheduled approximately one week later and may, depending on location and arrangements, be held in person or live online.
Worldwide travel, accommodation and related arrangements are quoted separately and remain subject to location and availability.
If you are ready to proceed, purchase your retreat securely through “View Options” by paying in full or placing a deposit. After this step, we will contact you personally to confirm your date, setting and other details.

You Are the Guiding Thread in the Process
Maximum capacity does not look the same for every person.
One person may have sufficient knowledge and opportunity but repeatedly stop themselves through doubt, perfectionism or fear of making the wrong decision. Another may be physically depleted by a lifestyle that is incompatible with their natural constitution. Someone else may be working extremely hard toward goals they no longer genuinely want. For another person, the primary limitation may be an inability to create boundaries, say no to habits and obligations that continually consume their energy.
This is why your retreat does not begin with a standard performance protocol.
It begins with you.
Your assessment includes an exploration of your individual Ayurvedic constitution—your natural physical, mental and behavioural tendencies—as well as your present condition and the way you are currently using your energy.
We examine your natural constitution and present state, the habits and routines that strengthen or diminish your capacity, where your time and energy are being lost, your concentration, limiting beliefs, decision-making patterns, boundaries, ambitions and whether your current professional direction reflects your true abilities and present stage of life.
These observations guide every part of the retreat. Two successful people may arrive with exactly the same feeling—“I know I am capable of more”—and require completely different processes.
Personalisation here is not a choice between several prepared programmes. It is a continuously adjusted process in which your constitution, present reality, blind spots, responses and objectives determine what happens next.

Every Private Retreat is personally designed and led by Laura, Founder and Lead Yoga Therapist of Yoga Wellness Therapy, ensuring complete continuity, privacy and individual therapeutic attention throughout your experience.
You can introduce yourself with the Therapist in the section: About.
Available languages: ENG, RU, LV
-
ALL Private Retreats are LIVE and personally guided by Laura.
No two people, needs or circumstances are identical; therefore, each experience is shaped and adapted in real time around your individual state, responses and intentions.
-
Yes. You do not need previous experience in any kind of Yoga or Yoga Therapy.
Every element is selected and adapted to your current physical, emotional and mental state. You only need the willingness to step away from ordinary life and give honest attention to what matters most.
-
Before the retreat, therapist clarifys your current needs, emotional and physical state, intentions and preferred outcome.
Your therapist then selects the most appropriate practices and creates a private agenda specifically for you.
The process remains flexible and may be refined as the day unfolds.
-
Because for meaningful and sustainable change you need time for integration.
The first two days are held consecutively to create continuity and begin the concentrated therapeutic process.
The third day is intentionally scheduled approximately one week later. During this week, you apply your personal practices in everyday life and observe how your anxiety responds outside the retreat environment.
The third day can then be based on real experience. Your therapist reviews what worked, what remained difficult and what requires adjustment or continued attention. You are guided through all process personally by your Yoga Therapist.
-
Yes. You may secure your retreat with a deposit or pay the full investment. The remaining balance must be completed according to the payment terms provided after confirmation.
-
You receive personally selected practices and observations based on the work completed during your first two days.
These may include breathwork, therapeutic Yoga, meditation, nervous-system regulation, mind-management exercises, structured self-enquiry, changes to daily routines or observation of particular triggers and reactions.
The purpose is not to complete a generic assignment. It is to discover how the therapeutic work functions within your actual life.
If you want, you can plan a one week holiday for a more mindful integration.
-
Throughout the retreat and guided integration week, you will begin learning:
how anxiety develops across the mind;
how to recognise your early signs of activation;
how breathing can either intensify or regulate anxiety;
how to work with repetitive thoughts without automatically believing or following them;
how to separate external events from your internal response;
how to distinguish intuition from fear;
how to regulate yourself before anxiety develops;
how to respond when anxiety has already become a physical feeling;
how to create a more supportive daily rhythm;
which therapeutic practices are most appropriate for your constitution and current state;
how to stop treating every uncomfortable internal signal as evidence of danger;
how to develop a controlled response;
how to respond to anxiety with knowledge and skill rather than fear of anxiety itself;
how to continue the work independently and when longer-term support may be appropriate.
-
Maximum capacity does not mean working every hour, becoming permanently productive or forcing yourself to achieve more.
It means creating the conditions in which the greatest proportion of your natural physical, mental and intellectual ability becomes available for what genuinely matters.
For one person, this requires stronger discipline.
For another, considerably more rest.
For another, removing half of their commitments.
For another, developing concentration.
For another, changing professional direction.
For another, rebuilding confidence.
The purpose of assessment is to determine what maximum sustainable capacity means specifically for you.
