Meditation & Inner Stillness — Private One-Day Retreat FOR TWO

€800.00

One uninterrupted day to step away from external noise, turn your attention inward and experience meditation in depth.

Meditation Immersion is a fully personalised, one-day private retreat created for those who want to experience what happens when the mind is given enough time, space and guidance to genuinely settle.

Over 6+ private hours, you have the therapist’s undivided attention. There is no group programme or fixed sequence to follow. The entire day is shaped around your current state, experience, questions and personal intention.

The retreat combines periods of meditation with concentration practices, breathwork, deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra, silence, mindful movement, self-observation and practical teachings from yogic psychology and philosophy.

Rather than practising one technique repeatedly, you will explore different approaches and gradually discover which forms of meditation work best for your mind, temperament and life.

The day may focus on learning to quiet mental noise, strengthening concentration, understanding repetitive thoughts and emotional reactions, developing greater self-awareness, creating inner stability, or deepening an existing meditation practice.

Your Personal Meditation Practice

Meditation does not begin with forcing the mind to become empty. It begins with learning how your mind works.

Throughout the retreat, you will explore the relationship between attention, concentration, thoughts, emotions, breath and the nervous system, while experiencing practical methods for moving from mental activity towards greater stillness and clarity.

Your therapist adapts the pace and practices throughout the day according to how you respond.

What You Take With You

The purpose of the retreat is not only to experience a deeply meditative day, but to leave with something you can continue using.

You will take away a clearer understanding of your own mind, the meditation techniques most suitable for you, how to practise independently and how to integrate meditation realistically into everyday life.

A Retreat Built Around One Person: You

There is no group timetable to keep up with and no standard retreat programme.

Every meditation, practice, conversation, period of silence and rest is selected according to what you need and how the day unfolds.

Everything is delivered live and personally with your therapist — there are no pre-recorded lectures, generic modules or self-guided content.

Duration: 6+ hours
Format: Private one-to-one retreat
Available: Every day by request, subject to availability
Location: Riga, online, or therapist travel by arrangement
Previous meditation experience: Not required
